Aymen Saleem shared the story behind setting a Guinness World Record, after which fans on social media began calling her “Papa Ki Pari” (Daddy’s Princess).
Speaking on a recent podcast, Aymen Saleem revealed that her father had gifted her a two-seater Mercedes-Benz Convertible before she turned 18. However, despite receiving the car, she was not allowed to drive it due to her age.
She explained that one day she searched Guinness World Records on Google and discovered that an Australian team had set a record by fitting 18 people into a similar car. She said the idea immediately came to her mind that since her car was just parked and she could not drive it, why not use it to attempt a world record.
Aymen said that after coming up with the idea, she invited her friends and shared her plan with them. To successfully achieve the record, she also sought advice from Wasim Akram and other cricket legends, who fully supported the effort for Pakistan.
She added that she also gives credit to the girls who sat with her inside the car during the record attempt.
The video clip from the interview has gone viral on social media, with many users reacting humorously and calling her “Papa Ki Pari” after hearing the story behind the Guinness World Record.
It is worth mentioning that Aymen Saleem is the daughter of former Pakistani cricketer Saleem Yousuf. She married Kamran Malik in 2023 and later moved abroad, and the couple now has a son.
