RAWALPINDI: In Rawalpindi the authorities have imposed stringent security measures across and directing law enforcement to take actions against political gatherings, rallies and any assembling of more than four persons.
And the security has been further reinforced in the areas in the surrounding Adiala Jail, and the enhanced plan has been approved. Both inside the Jail premises and in nearby localities additional personnel have been stationed. As per the official, a broad plan has been finalized to established 10 checkpoints on the Adiala Jail leading routs. The move aims to ensure prevention of any unauthorized movement and uninterrupted monitoring in the high security zone.
According to Police the strengthened security posture will remain in place until further orders.
