LAHORE: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has finalized the groups and venues for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
Sri Lanka, Australia, Zimbabwe, Ireland, and Oman have been placed in one group. England, West Indies, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Italy make up another group, while South Africa, New Zealand, Afghanistan, UAE, and Canada form the third group.

Sources reveal that Pakistan and India will face each other in Colombo, with Pakistan set to play all its matches in Sri Lanka.
Matches in India will be held across Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad, while in Sri Lanka, games are scheduled for Colombo and Kandy. Ahmedabad has been selected to host the final; however, if Pakistan reaches the final, it will be played in Colombo.
For the semi-finals, Mumbai and Kolkata have been chosen as venues, but if Pakistan qualifies, the semi-final will take place in Colombo.
