( Web Desk ) The Super Eight stage of the T20 World Cup is starting today in Colombo, where Pakistan and New Zealand will face each other in the opening match.
Ahead of the Super Eight clash, Kiwi cricketer Mark Chapman said that they have experience playing against Pakistan and know exactly what plan to execute.
Speaking at a press conference, Chapman stated that conditions in this region often make the toss very important. He added that their players have played cricket here before, so they are familiar with the conditions.
He further said that pitches in India have generally favoured batters, making life difficult for bowlers. In such conditions, spinners can play a crucial role. He also mentioned that Usman Tariq has a unique action and bowls with control, stopping well at the crease.
