US backs Pakistan against terror

The United States has announced that it stands with Pakistan following the recent terrorist attacks in Balochistan and has reiterated its support for ongoing efforts against terrorism.

In a message posted on the social media platform X by the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, full solidarity with Pakistan was expressed. The message stated that the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) was a designated foreign terrorist organization, and the United States supported efforts to bring those responsible for these horrific attacks to justice.

The U.S. statement emphasized that terrorism is unacceptable in any form and that joint global efforts against such elements are essential to ensure peace and stability in the region.

It is noteworthy that this statement comes at a time when multiple incidents of terrorism have been reported in Balochistan in recent days, targeting security personnel as well as civilians. Following these incidents, Pakistan’s government and law enforcement agencies have further intensified operations against terrorist elements.

Previously, the United Nations, along with various international organizations and several countries, had also announced their support for Pakistan’s counterterrorism measures and the efforts of its security forces. The international community has termed Pakistan’s counterterrorism policies effective and appropriate and has praised Pakistan’s role in establishing peace in the region.

According to officials, Pakistan will continue implementing its strategy to completely eradicate terrorism and will keep valuing the cooperation of global partners in this regard.
