UAE MISSILE ATTACKS

Abu Dhabi: For the first time since the enforcement of a ceasefire between the United States and Iran, an emergency alert regarding a possible missile attack has been issued in the United Arab Emirates.

According to Al Jazeera News, residents received an emergency notification on their mobile phones warning them of a potential missile threat. The message instructed the public to immediately move to safe locations and wait for further instructions.

Eyewitnesses reported that the alert caused concern in various areas, while authorities are closely monitoring the situation. Officials have urged residents to remain calm, rely on verified sources for information, and strictly follow official guidelines.

Later the Ministry of Defence of the United Arab Emirates stated that four cruise missiles were fired at the UAE from Iran.

According to the UAE Ministry of Defence, three of the missiles were intercepted and destroyed, while one fell into the sea.

There has been no immediate response from Iran regarding this statement by the UAE Ministry of Defence.

The incident occurs amid struggles for the resolution of conflicts between US and Iran and lasting peace in the Middle East. Such incidents can fuel the fire and put the mediation efforts at stake.

Leaders across the world have been urging the parties to exercise restraint and prudence in the good interest of the entire region.
