Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar said that PTI founder Imran Khan had 6/6 vision in one eye, while the other eye had 70% vision with glasses.
Speaking at the Shikohrah Bar Council event, Tarar said that the government was aware of lawyers’ issues and resolving them was a priority. Cooperation between the bar and the bench was essential for the delivery of justice.
He added that under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, difficult decisions were yielding positive results, and the country’s economy was moving in the right direction.
He emphasized that political stability was crucial for economic stability. “Pakistan consists of four units, and Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir are integral parts of the country.” he added.
The federal minister said that the closure of motorways and GT Road was an unconstitutional act, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government must follow the Constitution and the law. “If the KP government does not reopen the roads, the federal government will have to take action according to the Constitution, ” he warned.
Regarding PTI founder’s health, Azam Nazir Tarar said that the medical team was fully satisfied with his ongoing treatment, and detailed briefings had been given to opposition leaders and Khan’s personal doctors.
It is worth noting that earlier, after meeting the PTI founder, lawyer Salman Safdar informed the Supreme Court that Khan’s vision had reduced to 15%. yesterday, a team of specialist doctors from PIMS and Al-Shifa International conducted a complete and detailed medical examination of Imran Khan at Adiala Jail.
The Supreme Court had directed that a detailed medical report of the PTI founder’s examination be submitted by February 16.
