Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has issued the gas supply schedule for Eid-ul-Fitr to manage the increased demand during the festive period.
During major religious occasions such as Eid, gas consumption typically rises due to cooking, meal preparations, and gatherings in households. To ensure smooth supply and avoid shortages, gas utilities in Pakistan often issue special schedules and manage distribution accordingly.
According to the SSGC spokesperson, gas will be available to consumers on Chand Raat, and supply will continue throughout all three days of Eid.
As per the schedule, gas supply will remain suspended daily from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 AM during the Eid days.
SSGC stated that it is taking measures to ensure both domestic and commercial consumers receive adequate gas supply.
The spokesperson added that uninterrupted gas supply will be available from Chand Raat until midnight on the first day of Eid. On the second and third days, gas will be available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.
