The procedure for filing complaints regarding issues faced under the Prime Minister’s Petrol Relief Scheme has been revealed.
According to a private TV channel, are you facing any issues related to petrol relief? You can now register your complaint directly through the Pak App.
Open the Pak App, select “Fuel Complaint,” enter the details of your complaint, attach a picture of the token and submit your complaint. You can also check the current status of your complaint through the app.
It is pertinent to mention that under the scheme, motorcycle and Qingqi owners will be provided up to 20 litres of petrol per month at a discount of Rs100 per litre, while the monthly limit for owners of vehicles up to 800cc has been set at 30 litres.
To obtain petrol at a subsidised price, citizens should type REG, their CNIC number, vehicle registration number, the first letter of their province’s name and the registration date in a mobile message and send it to 9771.
Once mobile registration is completed, a confirmation message will be received. Before visiting a petrol pump, send a message containing “TOK” to 9771, after which a token number will be received. Show the token number at the petrol pump to receive petrol.
After receiving the message, the quantity of petrol and its validity period will be specified. Citizens can show the token at the petrol pump and obtain petrol at a subsidised price.
