Web Desk: During Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 promotion at Vine and Hollywood a water-driven, dramatic billboard stole the spotlight. It drew crowds throughout the day as it was the event’s most impressive feature.

It was not a traditional static billboard and was built as a functional water tank. The billboard incorporated small fountains, mist effects and they activated in coordination with footage from the newly released season 2 trailer. The combination of illuminated visuals and flowing water created a dynamic that was myth inspired echoing the theme of series.

The continued mist bursts complete with billboard’s engineering drifted across the corner. This gave the corner of Vine and Hollywood other worldly feels. This makes it one of the most ambitious promotional pieces the series has staged to date. For many visiots, it became the primary reason to film, stop and share the activation online.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 is coming which is based on Rick Riordan’s Sea of Monsters. The display was promoting the upcoming season which will debut on December 10 on Disney Plus.
