Web Desk: GWM Pakistan has announced the local price of its Haval H6 plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and started accepting bookings, expanding its electrified vehicle lineup in the Pakistani market.
The Haval H6 PHEV has been priced at Rs10.849 million on an ex-factory basis, while customers will need to pay Rs2 million to book the vehicle through an authorized GWM dealership.
The Haval H6 PHEV delivers 321 horsepower and generates up to 540 Nm of torque, according to the company.
In addition, the vehicle can travel up to 106 kilometers on electric power under the NEDC testing cycle. This allows drivers to complete relatively short daily trips without relying on the vehicle’s combustion engine, depending on driving conditions and battery use.
Alongside the standard H6 PHEV, GWM Pakistan has also begun taking reservations for the sportier Haval H6 GT PHEV.
The company has set the booking payment for the GT version at Rs2.5 million. However, GWM Pakistan has not disclosed the vehicle’s retail or ex-factory price in the announcement.
The H6 GT PHEV offers substantially higher output, producing 430 horsepower and 642 Nm of torque. It also has a claimed electric-only range of 183 kilometers based on the NEDC cycle.
With bookings now open for both models, Pakistani buyers can reserve either Haval H6 PHEV variant through GWM’s authorized dealership network.
The announcement gives customers a choice between the standard H6 PHEV, which carries the lower entry price, and the more powerful H6 GT PHEV, which offers a longer claimed electric driving range.
GWM Pakistan’s latest move comes as plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles continue to gain attention in Pakistan’s rapidly evolving automotive market.
