Harry Brook reached his century off 75 balls before scoring another 100 runs in just 39 deliveries to complete a double century.

England captain Harry Brook broke several records in the third match of the Tri-Nation ODI Series.

Brook set a new record for the fastest double century in One Day Internationals (ODIs), reaching the milestone in just 116 balls against Sri Lanka in the series’ third match.

He broke the previous record held by India’s Shubman Gill, who scored a double century off 117 balls against the West Indies on September 30, 2026.

Brook completed his century in 75 balls and reached 200 in just another 39 deliveries. His innings included 21 fours and 10 sixes.

The England captain also became the highest individual run-scorer for England in ODI cricket, surpassing Ben Stokes’ previous record of 182 runs.

In addition, Brook registered the highest individual score in an ODI on Pakistani soil, breaking the previous record of 188 runs held by South Africa’s Gary Kirsten.
