Minister of state for Interior, Talal Chaudhry, is confident that Pakistan will win the war against terrorism soon. He gave the example of major success that Pakistan achieved during the terrorist threat in 2013. Just like 2013, Pakistan will overcome the current threats too.

He stated that currently the country faces some serious terrorist threats right now. Due to the worrying security situation Section 144 has been imposed. This order will be in effect in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The minister noted that recently there has been a rise in terrorism incidents recently. Particularly the threat is high in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Terrorist plan to attack large public gatherings.

Chaudhry connected the recent Islamabad Kacheri bombing. He said the attackers had links to Afghanistan. Terrorists are also using VPNs. They use this technology to hide their identities. The government is ensuring strict compliance with court orders. Government resources cannot be used for political purposes. Action will be taken if state machinery is misused.

He clarified the reason for Section 144. It was imposed to protect the lives and property of citizens. Violators of this order will face strict action. The government is fully committed to eliminating terrorism nationwide. Security measures are crucial. The lives of thousands of other prisoners at Adiala Jail could be at risk. Therefore, there will be no relaxation in security arrangements.
