A major and welcome development has emerged for National Savings customers, as the Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) has officially launched the National Savings Digital App, eliminating the need for repeated office visits and long waiting times.

The modern digital initiative is aimed at enabling customers to manage their financial affairs anytime and from anywhere with ease and security.

Through the National Savings Digital App, customers will be able to directly access a range of services, including instant account balance inquiries and e-statements.

In addition, users will be able to view their complete transaction details and history on their mobile screens, while also purchasing various National Savings digital products from the comfort of their homes.

The app will also provide customers with access to the current status of all their investments, along with complete information on profits.

The mobile application is available for both Android and iPhone users through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

The department has also issued dedicated helplines for customer assistance, including the ATM helpline +92 51 111 267 268 and the mobile app helpline +92 51 111 728 464.

Customers can also contact National Savings through its official website www.savings.gov.pk or via email at digital@savings.gov.pk.

According to officials, customers seeking further guidance on using the digital services may also visit their nearest National Savings Centre for assistance.
