Ali Tareen plans to buy Multan Sultans in PSL auction

Web desk: Former owner of the Pakistan Super League team Multan Sultans Ali Tareen is once again interested in buying the Multan team. According to sources Ali Tareen has decided to participate in the bidding for the rights of the PSL team Multan and he has submitted the documents to join the bidding process.

Earlier Ali Tareen had refused to retain ownership of the Multan Sultans and had shown interest in bidding for two new PSL teams but withdrew at the last moment. He had stated that if he returned to the PSL it would be for a team representing South Punjab.

It is expected that the auction for the Multan franchise in the Pakistan Super League will take place on February 8 or 9.
