Pakistan has signed visa-free agreements with dozens of countries, under which the period of stay without a visa has been set from one month to three months (30 to 90 days).
According to a private TV channel,” Pakistan has entered into important visa abolition (visa-free) agreements with dozens of countries to promote bilateral relations and diplomatic ties with friendly countries. The visa-free facility will primarily apply to diplomatic and official passport holders. Under the agreements signed with various countries, the period of stay without a visa has been set from one month to three months (30 to 90 days).
The Federal Investigation Agency and all relevant entry zones have been directed to take immediate measures and ensure implementation according to the latest list. The countries included in the agreement are Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Egypt, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal and Iran.
In addition, other friendly countries, including Russia and Argentina, are also part of this visa-free list.
It is worth mentioning that according to the latest global ranking by Passport Reports 2026, the Pakistani passport has further declined in the global ranking and now stands at 183rd place worldwide.
Previously, the Pakistani passport ranked 180th in 2023, 175th in 2024 and 174th in 2025. The report stated that Pakistan’s passport received an overall “mobility score” of 42, under which Pakistani citizens can travel to 42 countries without obtaining a visa in advance.
Of these, 9 countries offer visa-free entry, 29 countries provide visas on arrival, and 4 countries offer Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) facilities.
