Web Desk: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has made it even easier for Pakistani citizens to file complaints and track applications related to identity documents online.

According to NADRA, citizens can now not only submit their applications from home but also easily monitor their progress. In a statement posted on the social media platform X, NADRA said the complaint registration service is available 24/7. Mobile users can contact NADRA at +92 511 11786100, while guidance is also available through the 1777 helpline. After lodging a complaint, citizens receive a confirmation message to verify that their request has been registered.

Expanding the scope of its digital services, NADRA announced that through the Pak ID mobile app, citizens can apply from home for amendments, renewals, and other identity card-related services. The initiative aims to save citizens unnecessary trips to NADRA offices and ensure time efficiency.

Once an application is submitted via the Pak ID app, citizens can receive their identity documents either at home or from a nearby NADRA center. The authority emphasizes that the online process is not only convenient but also faster, promoting transparency in handling applications.

For tracking applications, NADRA stated that citizens can use the “Tracking” tab in the Pak ID app, entering the tracking ID and code from their receipt to instantly check the current status. Additionally, citizens can call 1777 or send their tracking ID to 8400 to get updates.

NADRA officials said these services aim to provide citizens with easy and direct access to identity services, making application, monitoring, and document delivery more efficient. The authority urged the public to take advantage of digital services and prioritize online methods to avoid office queues and delays.
