Web Desk: An armed man was killed in an exchange of fire at Rai Chowk after he allegedly opened fire on Rangers while crossing a checkpoint, according to the security source said.
The incident occurred at around 3:30 p.m., when the man, identified as Faizan, son of Shan and a resident of Chak Damni in Rawalakot, was reportedly carrying a 30-bore pistol. Rangers returned fire after the shooting began, resulting in the suspect’s death, the security source said.
