PM Shehbaz invites UAE to expand investments in Pakistan

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday invited the United Arab Emirates to increase investment in key sectors to support Pakistan’s economic growth and stability.

During a meeting with UAE Ambassador Salem Mohammed Salem Al Zaabi in Islamabad, the prime minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong commitment to further strengthening relations with the UAE.

He thanked the UAE for its continued support to Pakistan, including humanitarian aid and development projects.

The prime minister expressed satisfaction over the current level of bilateral trade and stressed the need to further boost economic ties, trade, and investment. He also highlighted opportunities for cooperation in sectors such as energy, minerals, information technology, railways, and aviation.

The UAE ambassador said his country was keen to deepen its partnership with Pakistan in all areas. He assured the prime minister that he would work to explore new opportunities for cooperation that would benefit both countries.
