Petitions filed in the Supreme Court against super tax and the 26th Constitutional Amendment are being processed, arguments of lawyers, tough questions of judges

The hearing of cases against the implementation of the super tax in the Supreme Court and the 26th Constitutional Amendment continued on Wednesday, where various lawyers argued and judges raised tough questions on constitutional points. On the other hand, 36 petitions filed against the 26th Constitutional Amendment were also heard before an 8-member Constitution Bench, which is also headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan.
