Pakistani hackers hack Indian Tv

A Pakistani hacker group launched a major cyberattack on India’s Sun TV Network, as a result of which its domain was completely locked out, and the hackers left pro-Pakistan with screens displaying a Pakistani flag alongside the slogan “Pakistan Zindabad.”

The attackers launched ransomware, affecting around 1,800 domain systems and locking access to parts of the network’s digital infrastructure.

The incident has sparked online debate over India’s cybersecurity preparedness, with some commentators claiming it exposed weaknesses in the country’s digital infrastructure and broadcast security systems.

The incident would highlight the growing cybersecurity challenges facing media organizations and critical digital infrastructure.

On the defence front, an Indian P-8I Poseidon aircraft was spotted flying approximately 110 nautical miles off the coast of Karachi. It is feared that the aircraft was spying on Pakistan’s new Hangor submarine.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Marines conducted FPV drone exercises under the name “Ababeel”, while security forces promptly shot down an Afghan drone that had crossed the border in Khyber District.
