Web Desk: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) has decided to pursue legal action against Azaad Digital, tasking Senator Kamran Murtaza with representing the party in court proceedings.

The move marks an escalation in the party’s dispute with the digital media outlet, as JUI-F has opted to challenge the matter through legal channels.

Senator Kamran Murtaza has filed the case on behalf of JUI-F, formally initiating the party’s legal challenge against Azaad Digital.

Speaking after filing the case, Murtaza discussed the legal proceedings and outlined the party’s position on the matter.

By approaching the courts, JUI-F has signalled its intention to seek legal recourse over the issue rather than limit its response to public statements.
