Permission document for Mr. Patlu’s event surfaces, key revelations emerge.

Media has obtained the permit for the event organized by ‘Mr. Patlu’ in Sialkot. The administration granted permission for a *mehfil-e-samaa* (a gathering for spiritual music/poetry) but imposed strict conditions for its conduct.

According to details, while ‘Mr. Patlu’ was granted permission for the event, the organizers were held responsible for security, maintaining order, and ensuring the safety of the participants. They were also instructed to keep emergency exits clear and make appropriate arrangements for parking.

The permit mandated the installation of CCTV cameras and video recording throughout the event. It explicitly stated that any violation would result in the cancellation of the permit and the initiation of legal action.

According to the No Objection Certificate (NOC), the event was scheduled to begin after the Isha prayers; there is no mention of a prize draw (lucky draw) in the permit.

**Video Statement from ‘Mr. Patlu’**

Following the incident in which two people lost their lives due to a stampede at a gathering—held on Daska Road in Sialkot by the TikToker known as ‘Mr. Patlu’—a video statement from him has emerged.

In the video message, released from an undisclosed location, ‘Mr. Patlu’ denied any involvement in the incident and asserted his innocence. He claimed that he was at a hospital when the incident occurred and had no connection to the tragedy that took place on October 31st.

‘Mr. Patlu’ claimed that formal permission had been obtained to hold the event. He also appealed to the Chief Minister of Punjab and the ‘Field Marshal’ to conduct a transparent investigation into the incident.

In his video statement, he remarked that even his associates and close acquaintances have abandoned him during this difficult time. Mr. Patlu stated that, once he has recovered, he is prepared to present his position on any platform, noting that baseless allegations are being leveled against him.
