Web Desk: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced recruitment for women in eight districts of Punjab, offering positions for Junior Executives (Data Entry Operators).
The recruitment will be conducted through walk-in tests from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1, with interviews to follow for candidates who pass the test and are shortlisted.
The openings are available to women from Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar.
Applicants must belong to the district for which they are applying. NADRA will verify the applicant’s local eligibility through her computerized national identity card or domicile.
Candidates must have at least an intermediate-level qualification or an equivalent certificate. Applicants with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience will receive preference.
The maximum age is 25 years, including a five-year age relaxation already incorporated into the limit. No additional age relaxation will be available.
Women from minority communities and women with disabilities are also eligible to apply.
NADRA has distributed the vacancies across various tehsils and registration locations in the eight districts.
Faisalabad has three positions covering Satiana, Aminpur and Ram Diwali, while Chiniot has two vacancies at Ahmed Nagar.
Jhang has two positions for 18-Hazari and Shorkot. Hafizabad has five vacancies covering Kasoki, Vanike Tarar, Kaliki, Jalalpur Bhattian and Sukheke.
Sargodha also has five positions across Kot Momin, Farooka, CFC and Sillanwali.
Meanwhile, Mianwali has four vacancies covering Kot Chandana, Mianwali, Chakrala and Ban Hafiz Ji. Khushab has two positions in Jauharabad and Mitha Tiwana, while Bhakkar has three vacancies covering Behal, Dullewala and Mankera.
Applicants have been advised to carefully check the recruitment advertisement for the specific tehsil and location associated with their preferred vacancy.
Candidates from Faisalabad, Chiniot and Jhang will take their tests on Sept. 29, with successful candidates scheduled for interviews on Sept. 30.
For Hafizabad and Sargodha, the tests will be held on Sept. 30 and interviews on Oct. 1.
Candidates from Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar will sit for their tests on Oct. 1, while interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place on Oct. 2.
Registration for the walk-in tests will remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the respective test dates. Interviews will begin at 9 a.m. on the scheduled interview dates.
NADRA has made clear that only candidates who pass the test and are shortlisted will proceed to the interview stage. Requests submitted after the registration deadline or applications seeking additional time will not be entertained.
All tests and interviews will take place at NADRA’s Regional Head Office at 6 Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha.
Candidates must bring their original personal, educational and professional documents when appearing for the test.
Women currently employed by government or semi-government organisations will also be required to present a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
At the interview stage, candidates must provide educational certificates verified by the relevant educational board. Those selected for appointment will subsequently have to submit medical fitness and character certificates.
NADRA has also warned that candidates can be disqualified at any stage if they provide incorrect or misleading information.
Eligible women do not need to submit a conventional online application for the initial stage. Instead, they can appear at the Sargodha Regional Head Office on the date assigned to their district and participate in the walk-in test.
Applicants should review the official NADRA careers portal and recruitment advertisement for further information, including the test pattern, sample material, vacancy details and other requirements.
Candidates are advised to arrive within the specified registration window and carry all required original documents to avoid being turned away.
