Web Desk: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a 15-day ultimatum to Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman to remove alleged encroachments from his residence in Islamabad.
According to the notice posted at the property, the authority has identified a security guards’ cabin and a generator installed on land belonging to the CDA.
The authority has directed the occupants to remove the additional structures within 15 days, warning that the installations constitute encroachments on government land.
The notice specifically identifies the security guards’ cabin and generator as structures occupying CDA land.
The authority has given the property occupants a 15-day deadline to clear the encroached area and comply with its directions.
The notice marks an official move by the civic authority to address the alleged encroachments at the residence of the prominent opposition politician.
The next course of action will depend on whether the occupants remove the structures within the stipulated period.
