Tehran: The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed responsibility for targeting an Israeli nuclear facility in a series of early-morning attacks, according to Iranian news agencies.

The IRGC stated that the operation involved drones and missiles, marking the 82nd wave of attacks against the United States and Israel in the ongoing conflict.

The statement specified that the strikes targeted Israel’s command and control centers and nuclear-related industrial sites located in the southern part of the Dead Sea region.

These actions come amid escalating regional tensions, though Israeli authorities have not issued an official response.

Earlier reports indicated that Lebanon’s Hezbollah struck seven Israeli tanks in southern Lebanon today using missile attacks, intensifying hostilities along the border. Arab media outlets also reported that warning sirens sounded across central and southern Israel following the attacks.

The situation underscores the growing volatility in the region, with multiple actors engaging in coordinated military operations and retaliatory strikes.
