Pakistani actor Muammar Rana became emotional while addressing rumours of separation from his wife, expressing hope and a desire for reconciliation rather than an end to their relationship.
During a recent podcast appearance, the film actor spoke openly about the rumours surrounding his marital relationship.
He revealed that matters concerning his separation from his wife had reached the courts. He said he had signed some documents in court but did not know exactly what those documents were.
During the conversation, the actor was asked which relationships had supported him during a difficult period in his life. He became emotional while answering.
He acknowledged the support of his father, brother and sister-in-law. However, he said that his wife and daughters had not stood by him during this difficult time.
Speaking emotionally, the actor said, “I have my dignity; please let me retain it. I do not want to say much. I love my family very much. I just want all of this not to end.”
When specifically asked whether he had signed khula (a form of divorce initiated by a wife under Islamic law) papers, Muammar Rana reiterated that he had signed some documents in court but did not know exactly what they were.
The actor expressed his deep love for his wife and daughters and made it clear that he did not want to end his relationship with his family.
