PTI has managed to gather only around 1,500 to 2,000 people, including former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s convoy and all workers arriving from the southern districts, latest information reveals.

In an area like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has always described as its strongest political stronghold and an unbreakable fortress, the PTI leadership has faced humiliating and shameful embarrassment. Where claims were made that convoys of hundreds of thousands would emerge, the roads and markets present a deserted scene.

PTI’s so-called fortress has collapsed at its own hands. This serious failure raises a direct and pointed question: if PTI and its march genuinely enjoy public support, then where are the crowds of hundreds of thousands that were claimed, and where has the PTI leadership of the relevant districts gone into hiding?

Such a cold and deserted response in the party’s so-called political stronghold is an open indication that the people of KP have also become deeply fed up with PTI’s hollow and disruptive politics.

The failure of people to come out from all the districts of the province, where PTI has elected members in government and has resources at its disposal, is a resounding slap in the face of its leadership.

The party’s grassroots workers and ordinary citizens have made it clear that they are not willing to become fuel for its personal power struggle. Such a deserted scene and public boycott in its own backyard is such a deep political wound for PTI that it is now no longer possible for it to recover from it.

Following the low turnout and continued delays, there is now a possibility that a dramatic step could be taken to attract some attention and maintain its political image and public support.

The assessment of the first phase of the long march so far indicates that the claims are big, but the situation on the ground bears little resemblance to those claims.

They are planning to go to Karak tomorrow. There is a possibility that they may resort to some disruptive activity to attract attention.

Fitna-ul-Khawarij Terrorists Infiltrate PTI Convoys in Disguise

Fitna-ul-Khawarij terrorists have infiltrated PTI convoys in disguise from Makeen, South Waziristan and Malakand

Concerns have emerged that Fitna-ul-Khawarij terrorists may have joined convoys departing from various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the cover of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s long march.

According to sources, terrorists belonging to several formations of Fitna-ul-Khawarij have infiltrated PTI convoys in disguise from the areas of Makeen, South Waziristan and Malakand. The terrorists may carry out attacks by taking cover among crowds gathered at different locations.

Sources said that crowded places and law enforcement personnel deployed on duty could be targeted by the terrorists. Political gatherings could also be targeted to create unrest.
