Web Desk: The United Kingdom has announced fully funded Master’s scholarships for Pakistani students through a new partnership between the Chevening Scholarship Programme and Allied Bank Limited, offering opportunities to pursue higher education at UK universities.
Under the three-year initiative, six scholarships will be awarded to Pakistani students, with two candidates selected annually starting in the 2027–28 academic year.
The fully funded scholarships will support students pursuing one-year Master’s degree programmes in the United Kingdom.
The financial package will cover tuition fees, travel expenses and living costs, allowing successful applicants to focus on their academic studies without bearing the primary costs of studying abroad.
Meanwhile, the initiative will prioritise candidates pursuing studies in key fields, including artificial intelligence (AI), cyber security, technology, economics and financial inclusion.
The partnership aims to expand access to international higher education while supporting the development of skills in areas considered important for Pakistan’s economic and technological progress.
