Web Desk: The Federal Cabinet has finally approved the explosive JIT report on the One Constitution Avenue fraud, exposing the biggest real estate scam in Islamabad’s history and the dirty nexus between PTI’s powerful elite and corrupt bureaucracy.

According to Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal, the JIT has declared Abdul Hafeez Sheikh as the central culprit of the mega-fraud that robbed the national exchequer and innocent investors.

The report reveals a shocking story of how rules were openly violated, bank guarantee conditions were deliberately removed to benefit the developer, and CDA officials acted as facilitators.

The JIT has found concrete evidence of collusion by top CDA officers including Kamran Lashari, Faisal Awan, and Azhar Ali Chaudhry, along with the late Rai Nawaz Kharl, who bent every rule to give illegal favours to the builder.
For 20 years, this project continued as a den of corruption, but action was only taken twice – both times during PML-N’s tenure, proving who actually fights corruption and who protects it.

In a damning revelation, Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry disclosed that 8 individuals, including PTI founder Imran Khan, refused to appear before the JIT despite repeated summons.

The question is simple and explosive: If they are innocent, why did they flee?

Talal Chaudhry asked the question every Pakistani is asking today: “How did these individuals, who refused to face investigation, manage to get luxury flats in this fraudulent project?”

This is the classic PTI playbook – loot, get illegal benefits during their tenure, and then refuse to face accountability.

Information Minister Attaullah Tarar made it clear: “There cannot be two separate laws for the rich and poor in the same city. No one is above the law.”

The JIT has recommended blacklisting all projects of Abdul Hafeez Sheikh’s company, re-auctioning the Constitution One project, handing over the case to NAB for transparent prosecution, returning money to innocent investors who were cheated

Ahsan Iqbal said the CDA showed criminal negligence and failed to implement rules, causing massive loss to the national treasury. The bank guarantee clause was removed as part of a deliberate criminal conspiracy to benefit the developer.
