Time bomb blasts in Balochistan’s Nasirabad, no casualties

Web Desk: Two time bombs planted by unidentified individuals exploded near tube wells in Chhattar area of Nasirabad district in Pakistan’s southwestern Balochistan province, police said on Friday.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Haider Ali Manjho said the explosive devices were planted near tube wells and detonated in the area. He added that no casualties were reported in the blasts.

Following the explosions, security officials reached the site and launched an investigation to determine who planted the devices and the motive behind the attack.

Authorities collected evidence from the blast site as part of efforts to identify those responsible.

The incident comes as Balochistan continues to face security challenges, with militant groups carrying out attacks in parts of the province.

Security forces have conducted operations against armed groups involved in violence, with officials reporting the deaths of several militants during recent encounters and intelligence-based operations.

Authorities have vowed to continue measures aimed at preventing attacks and maintaining security in the region.
