The video of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information and Broadcasting Minister Shafi Ullah Jan seeking funds from “Youthia YouTubers” for the September 27 protest has caused an uproar in the political landscape.
The revelation has made it clear that millions of dollars earned in the name of Imran Khan are being systematically used to spread unrest, disorder and chaos in the country.
A video of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Shafi Ullah Jan is rapidly circulating on social media, sparking a new debate in the country’s politics.
In the video, he is openly appealing to social media activists, particularly “Youthia YouTubers” living abroad, who are earning dollars in the name of Imran Khan, to provide funding from those earnings for the September 27 march.
Demand for Funds From ‘Youthia YouTubers’
In the viral video, Shafi Ullah Jan addresses the “Youthia YouTubers” living abroad and says that they have earned millions of dollars by using Imran Khan’s name and that the time has come for them to give a portion of those earnings to the party.
He particularly stressed that these funds should be sent for the protest march being held on September 27 for the release of Imran Khan.
After the video surfaced, it has been completely confirmed that these YouTubers living abroad are making substantial earnings through false propaganda in the name of Imran Khan.
Agenda of Chaos and the ‘Dollar-Earning’ Party
Following Shafi Jan’s clear appeal, it has become evident among political and public circles that a major portion of these earnings is directly spent on creating political instability and unrest in Pakistan.
Citizens say the development has also exposed the fact that PTI has not abandoned its anti-state agenda and remains firmly committed to it.
The allegation that this “dollar-earning” party is continuously receiving dollar financing from the same YouTubers based abroad has now also taken the shape of reality.
It is pertinent to note that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has called for a major protest and march on September 27. In the past, the party has also faced serious allegations of foreign funding and campaigns against state institutions.
Social media accounts operated from abroad have long been active against the state narrative, and reports have repeatedly emerged that they earn substantial foreign exchange through views and monetization.
However, this is the first and clearest evidence of a government or party official directly seeking these earnings for a protest.
In the widespread discussion on social media, it is being said that the video cannot be considered merely a simple appeal. “When a provincial minister is openly seeking dollar funding from abroad, it points to an extremely dangerous trend.
“This proves that content created in the name of Imran Khan on social media is not merely political sympathy but has become a profitable business.
“Using these earnings as a weapon for protests and street politics in the country poses a direct threat to state security and economic stability.
“This incident has proved that an organized financial network is operating from abroad to create chaos in the country, and its immediate prevention at the legal and state levels is extremely necessary.”
