Those declared absconders include Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Rashid Shafiq, Kanwal Shauzab, Bilal Ejaz, and Ahmad Chattha. These individuals had earlier been convicted in the May 9 cases.
Special Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah completed the proceedings to declare them proclaimed offenders and separated their cases. The court ordered that the accused be arrested and produced before the court.
