PSL 11 final excitement
The 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League is nearing its conclusion with thrilling matches throughout the season. The final is considered the biggest event of the tournament, and the PCB and league organizers traditionally make it memorable with special ceremonies.
In the past as well, minor changes in timing were made to accommodate broadcasting rights and global viewers.
Impact of schedule change
The main purpose of shifting the match to prime time is to maximize viewership on television and enhance the in-stadium experience.
However, starting at 8:00 PM may introduce dew (night moisture factor), which could influence the game and the decision of the toss-winning captain.
The 6:00 PM arrival instruction is meant to ensure proper security checks and crowd management for a smooth and uninterrupted high-profile final.
