Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar has said that Pak-China friendship is historic, exemplary, and time tested and source of pride for both nations.

He was addressing the 9th China and Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Media Forum on Wednesday.

During his address he said that Pakistan and China maintain effective, strong and long-lasting relations at every level.

Atta Tarar said that Pakistan and China friendship is everlasting and with the passage of time it is growing stronger.

He told we share cultural ties and it is rapidly expanding as Chinese citizens are learning Urdu and Pakistanis are showing interests in learning Chinese language.

“we are iron brothers and we have extraordinary friendship” he added. Mr. Tarar said that in line with modern requirements to promote the national narrative in a contemporary and effective manner Pakistan has established its first Digital Communication Department.

He said that we will effectively convey Pakistan’s voice to the world and digital Pakistan TV has been launched to effectively project Pakistan’s stance at the global level and will play a key role.

He said Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening cooperation with China in all fields, including media collaboration.
