3000 new Federal government jobs opened for all Pakistani’s

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control opened applications for 3,229 Federal Constabulary jobs at constable (BPS-07) level, inviting men and women from all provinces including Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK.

Applicants must be 18 to 22 years old and hold Intermediate (FA/FSc) or an equivalent board qualification.

The posts are open to all suitable male and female citizens across Pakistan.

Minimum height is 5 feet 6 inches for men and 5 feet 4 inches for women. For male candidates, required chest girth is 33–35 inches.

Narcotics Control Jobs: Eligibility and tests

Recruitment begins with a physical assessment covering height, chest measurement for men, and a timed run.

The running standard is 1,600 metres in seven minutes for men and nine minutes for women.

Those who qualify proceed to a written multiple choice test, followed by interviews and document verification.

Candidates must bring original CNICs, academic certificates, and domicile at every stage. Selected recruits will receive two uniforms and basic apparatus after appointment.

Any updates will be communicated by the ministry with test schedules.

Region-wise quotas and seats are: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 20% (646), Punjab 20% (646), Sindh 20% (646), and Balochistan 20% (646). AJK has 10% (323), Gilgit-Baltistan 6% (193), and Islamabad 4% (129).

This intake supports entry level law-and-order careers while expanding women’s participation.

Applicants should prepare fitness, practise MCQs, and assemble required documents early.
