Pakistan Security Forces launched fresh intelligence-based operation Al-Azm in Mastung Balochistan, targeting militant hideouts through coordinated air and ground operations.
According to security sources, the full-fledged operation has been launched to eliminate Indian sponsored Fitna-al-Hindustan and its facilitators, resulting in elimination of 15 militant. The operation also left other 12 injured.
Security forces further said that these operations will continue till the last terrorist is eliminated. They also said that intelligence-based operations have caused the hostile elements a major blow and that the terrorists are in flee position now.
Security Forces intensify Balochistan operations
Security forces carried out a timely operation in the Khad Kocha area of Mastung, Balochistan, killing six terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Hindustan, security sources said.
According to security officials, during the intelligence-based operation, several terrorists were also arrested on the basis of intelligence information. Those arrested include facilitators as well as male and female suicide bombers.
Officials said that in the effective operation by the security forces, several terrorist hideouts were completely destroyed. A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the terrorists’ hideouts during the operation.
Following the recent terrorist activities in the Khad Kocha area of Mastung, security forces have intensified intelligence-based operations.
Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorist found in the area. Relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
