Pakistan beat New Zealand in under-19 match

Web desk: Pakistan defeated New Zealand by 8 wickets in a one-sided contest in a key Super Six match.

In the match played in Harare, Pakistan won the toss against New Zealand and chose to bowl first.

Thanks to an outstanding bowling performance, Pakistan bundled out the New Zealand Under-19 team for just 110 runs. For the Kiwis, Bogo was the top scorer with 39 runs.

For Pakistan, Abdul Subhan took 4 wickets while Ali Raza claimed 3 wickets.

Chasing a target of 111 runs, the Pakistan Under-19 team reached the target comfortably in the 18th over, losing only 2 wickets. Samir Minhas remained unbeaten with 76 runs.

Pakistan Under-19 secured an 8-wicket victory over New Zealand in this crucial Super Six match.

It is worth noting that to qualify for the semi-finals, the Green Shirts not only needed to win today’s match but must also defeat India in their match scheduled for February 1.
