Indian General Katiyar repeats baseless allegations after failure in Operation Sindoor

Web desk: Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Katiyar, in an interview with Indian media, once again levelled false accusations against Pakistan over the Pahalgam false flag.

Repeating old claims, he alleged that Pakistan’s “thinking since 1965 has not changed” and accused Pakistan of attempting to divide India, assertions analysts view as a desperate attempt to cover up failures on the ground.

During the interview, the host asked Katiyar, “How would you look at our ‘victory’?” The general insisted that India’s “political government continues to be peace-loving” and that “security and sustenance are the keys.”

However, observers note that such rhetoric cannot hide the humiliation suffered by India in Operation Sindoor, where it failed miserably.

Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos was a befitting response to this false flag, which gave us the iconic 6-0.

Analysts argue that following this embarrassment, New Delhi has resorted once again to propaganda and unfounded allegations against Pakistan instead of accepting responsibility for its missteps.

When asked whether India faced new threats from Pakistan, Katiyar responded, “I think through the channel I can ensure our countrymen that the Indian army will remain steadfast in defending the honour of our country.”

Critics view this as another hollow assurance aimed more at domestic audiences than addressing realities on the ground.
