Gold and silver prices recorded a significant decline across the country.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs5,100 on Friday, October 30, bringing it down to Rs420,536.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs4,373 to Rs360,541, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold became cheaper by Rs4,009, reaching Rs330,507.
In the international market, gold prices also declined by $51 to $3,980 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices also recorded a decrease. The price of silver per tola dropped by Rs238 to Rs5,530, while the price of 10 grams fell by Rs204 to Rs4,741.
In the international market, silver prices declined by $2.38 to $50.52 per ounce.
