Iran new supreme leader

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, has reportedly backed negotiations with the United States.

According to Al Arabiya TV, the Supreme Leader has expressed support for talks. However, after former US President Donald Trump’s earlier statement, Iranian officials had denied any ongoing negotiations.

It is worth noting that Trump had claimed that talks between the US and Iran were underway and that a final agreement could be reached soon.

International media reports have also suggested that a meeting between Iran and the US could take place in Islamabad, highlighting Pakistan’s growing diplomatic importance in this dispute.

However, the government in Tehran has not officially confirmed any negotiations or the Supreme Leader’s alleged support.
