Pakistan vs India Asia Cup,

As the arch rivals Pakistan and India set to lock horn in the highly anticipated clash, organizers have warned fans to be aware of the ticket scam.

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) issued a strong warning to fans after unauthorised ticket sales surfaced online for the high-voltage India-Pakistan clash on September 14 in Dubai.

“Official tickets for the DP World Asia Cup 2025 have not yet been released,” the ACC cautioned on social media. “Any tickets currently on sale are unauthorised, fraudulent, and will not grant entry. A formal announcement on ticket sales will be made soon by the ACC and Emirates Cricket Board.”

Pakistan were among the first to announce its 17-player squad. Salman Ali Agha will lead the side, which includes key names such as Shaheen Afridi, Fakhar Zaman and Haris Rauf.

The exclusion of senior players Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan has surprised fans and cricket analysts, as both have been permanent members of the side for several years. However, the management has emphasised its focus on younger players currently in form.

India has confirmed their 15-member squad for the Asia Cup in the UAE, which starts on September 9. Defending champions India will begin their campaign a day later against the hosts, the UAE, as they look to clinch a record-extending ninth title.

Suryakumar Yadav has been handed the captaincy. While Shubman Gill has been named as the vice-captain. One of the main inclusions is Jasprit Bumrah, who hasn’t played white-ball cricket since the 2024 T20 World Cup.
