Instagram introduces users’ most demanding new feature

⏱ 2 minute read
Instagram new feature

The company announced this feature nearly a year ago through Instagram head Adam Mosseri, and it has now finally been rolled out.

With this feature, users will be able to arrange their profiles according to their preference.

The feature is now available to users worldwide and gives them greater control over how their profiles look.

Users will now see a new “Reorder” option in their profile settings.

Through this option, users can move their posts anywhere they want, even if they were posted years ago. This allows them to bring older posts to the top of their profile grid.

Previously, Instagram profiles displayed posts in chronological order, with the most recent posts appearing at the top.

With this new feature, users can reposition older posts anywhere in the grid, making it easier to highlight important content.

According to the company, the feature was highly requested and was designed to help users customize and better organize their profiles.

Additionally, this new change is expected to benefit creators, influencers, and businesses in particular, as it allows them to strategically highlight their best-performing or most important posts on their profile. By giving more liberty in arranging content, Instagram wants to make profiles more visually appealing and fit for personal branding and storytelling.
