The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has begun preparations for Hajj 2027.
According to the ministry, the registration process for prospective Hajj pilgrims for 2027 will start soon, and registration will be completed in line with Saudi guidelines.
The ministry stated that for Hajj 2027 registration, the passport must be valid until November 16, 2027. Registered individuals will be eligible to participate in both the government and private Hajj schemes.
According to the ministry, overseas Pakistanis will also be able to apply for Hajj 2027 registration.
It was further stated that no registration fee has been set for Hajj 2027, while the Hajj package, costs, and other terms and conditions will be issued under the Hajj Policy 2027.
The ministry has also directed desirous pilgrims to keep their travel documents updated and to follow only official announcements regarding registration dates and procedures.
Applicants are further advised to rely on verified sources from the Ministry of Religious Affairs to avoid misinformation or fraudulent registration claims circulating on unofficial platforms.
According to official data, more than 119,000 Pakistani pilgrims successfully performed Hajj 2026 under the government scheme, spending a combined Rs139.16 billion on the sacred journey. Official figures show that over 77,000 pilgrims selected the long Hajj package, while more than 41,000 opted for the short-duration package.
