Pakistani actress and television host Nadia Khan has revealed that she still regrets turning down an offer to work in Shoaib Mansoor’s popular film Bol.
She said she wanted to be part of the project herself but declined the film after being advised by her former husband.
Nadia Khan recently spoke about the matter on a private television programme, where she revealed that Shoaib Mansoor personally offered her a role in the film and tried to convince her to accept it, but she disappointed him by turning down the offer.
According to the actress, she wanted to work in Bol, but the situation became difficult due to domestic issues.
She said that after receiving the film offer, a dispute arose within her family, and her former husband did not allow her to work in the film.
Nadia Khan clarified that she wanted to play the role of Zainab in Bol. She said she regrets refusing Shoaib Mansoor and, looking back, feels that she should have accepted the offer.
It is worth mentioning that the role of Zainab in Bol, released in 2011, was later played by actress Humaima Malick.
