Islamabad issues traffic diversion plan

Web Desk: Authorities have announced a traffic diversion plan for the Youm e Quds rally near G-6/2 Imambargah. Therefore citizens should avoid unnecessary travel and choose alternate routes to prevent delays.

The rally will start at 09:00 AM from Imambargah G-6/2. Police and traffic teams will manage the routes to maintain smooth movement.

First traffic from Kulsum Plaza on Fazal e Haq Road will move toward Jinnah Avenue. Meanwhile residents of F-6 and F-7 should travel through Poly Clinic Road.

Next traffic coming from Luqman Hakeem Road Street 14 should use G-6 Municipal Road and Sadar Road.

Similarly vehicles near CDA Hospital at Imambargah G-6/2 should move toward G-6 Sadar Road and 7th Avenue.

In addition drivers approaching Poly Clinic Quarters Chowk on Luqman Hakeem Road should take G-6 Municipal Road Sadar Road or 7th Avenue.

Likewise traffic at China Chowk on Fazal e Haq Road should use F-6 Service Road and Shaheed e Millat Road.

Furthermore vehicles arriving from Fazal e Haq Road should travel through Shaheed e Millat Road as the alternate route.

Finally authorities have banned parking in front of the new and old emergency entrances of Poly Clinic. Drivers must not park cars or motorcycles in this area.

Police urge citizens to cooperate so traffic can move safely and smoothly during the rally.
