Modern fighter jet SU-30 of the Indian Air Force reportedly disappeared from radar during operational flight.


According to Indian media reports, the modern fighter jet SU-30 of the Indian Air Force has allegedly lost contact with radar during flight, after which relevant authorities immediately launched a search and rescue operation.


Sources further claimed that the aircraft was on a routine operational flight and had taken off from Jorhat, Assam when its radar contact suddenly disconnected at 7.42. Authorities have deployed search teams to the area and are trying to trace the possible location of the aircraft.


So far, no official updates have been released regarding the current status of the aircraft or its crew. An investigation has been initiated by the Indian Air Force to sort out the exact cause and elements behind the disappearnace of the jet.
