Web Desk: Apple Music has officially expanded into Pakistan, giving users access to its music-streaming service after years of anticipation.

The launch brings Pakistan-specific subscription rates and local payment support, making the platform more accessible to users who have previously relied on other major streaming services.

Apple Music is offering an Individual subscription in Pakistan for Rs. 379 per month, while the Family plan costs Rs. 649 per month.

Both packages come with a one-month free trial, allowing new subscribers to explore the platform before beginning a paid membership.

The service’s arrival follows months of beta testing in the Pakistani market, during which Apple worked on adapting the platform for local users.

Alongside local pricing, Apple Music has introduced PayPak payment support for Pakistani subscribers.

The addition gives users another locally supported payment option as Apple seeks to establish its music service in a market where international streaming platforms have already built a user base.

Apple Music enters a competitive Pakistani streaming market, with Spotify and YouTube Music already serving local users.

Both platforms have established audiences in the country and offer payment options tailored to Pakistani customers, creating an established competitive landscape for Apple’s service.

Nevertheless, Apple Music’s launch gives Pakistani consumers another major choice for digital music streaming, particularly for users already invested in Apple’s ecosystem.

For iPhone and other Apple device users, the service’s official arrival also removes one of the longstanding gaps in Apple’s range of locally available subscription services.
