Murree weather during Eid ul fitr

According to reports, the District Police Officer (DPO) of Murree has warned citizens and tourists against unnecessary travel due to ongoing bad weather conditions in Murree.

It has been stated that Murree has been experiencing continuous rainfall for the past 48 hours, making roads extremely slippery. Citizens and tourists are strongly advised to avoid non-essential travel.

The DPO further said that the risk of accidents has increased due to hailstorms, and driving conditions have become very dangerous. If the weather worsens, more travel restrictions may be imposed.

Tourists already present in Murree are advised to limit unnecessary movement. Emergency teams are on high alert to deal with any situation.

Due to fog and hailstorms, visibility is low in several areas. Tourists are urged to check weather and road conditions before traveling and to fully cooperate with police and local administration.

Authorities emphasized that public safety is the top priority, and travel should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.
