Aqib Javed, the chief selector of the Pakistan cricket team, has tied the knot of his daughter, Aqba Aqib, in the United Kingdom.
Former fast bowler Aqib Javed’s wife and author, Farzana Aqib, shared a few pictures of her daughter’s wedding on her Facebook page and announced that Aqba had gotten married.
In the pictures, Aqba can be seen wearing a white gown, while the groom appears to be a foreign national and is dressed in a three-piece suit. Both of them also have tattoos on their hands. Sharing the pictures, Farzana Aqib wrote that her daughter’s wedding took place in the UK on August 9.

It may be noted that Aqba completed her graduation in Media and International Journalism from the University of Sussex around three to four years ago.
Farzana Aqib is well known for her English poetry and literary work. She has more than 300,000 followers on her Facebook page, has authored more than 70 books of English poetry and has received several international literary awards.
